Roberto,
The difference between a line break and a paragraph mark becomes clear
when you want to change the style on the paragraph. With a line break
you start a new line within the same paragraph, so if you apply a new
style to the paragraph all lines wil change with it. Where if you divide
the lines with a paragraph break, only the lines until the next break
will receive the new style.
For everyday use the difference has little or no meaning, but if you are
typing larger texts or use different styles in your document then it
becomes a bigger issue.

But, as far as I know, they are paragraph marks, I simply hit enter.
