[users] I have downloaded version 2.0.3 of OpenOffice.org.My problem is it won't install

Dear           Open Office Org I have dowloaded version 2.0.3 of open office org and a message is coming up saying   The Installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This Could be the result of a damage disk, a failed download or a virus. You may want to contact the authour of this installer to obtian a ne copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the / NRC command switch (NOT RECOMMENED)   I a have attached a screen print of the message to this email.   PLEASE WRITE BACK HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON Many thanks Kelvin
