[users] Problems with setting up labels in Writer

Hello,
 
I have installed OOo 2.0.2 and have come across a problem
 
When I set up for labels and go to View Data Sources, I no longer get a
Table Data Bar.
I have checked on another machine at the feature works on it OK
I have uninstalled and reinstalled OOo but the problem persists
 
Can anyone shed some light on how to fix my problem please?
