Insert a one by one table, type in the cell the words required, have
lines not visible, place any type of border on the top.

a) how do I get text before and after the table?
b) why doesn't setting the column width (within the table properties)
"stick"? I can adjust the width by dragging the edge but not by entering the
numeric value.
