AFAIK, the only programs that can open MS Publisher files are MS Publisher and
Adobe Page Maker.

I don't care much if I can't edit it with all the whiz-bang features that I'm
sure Publisher has, but being able to view it and partially edit it would be
nice. Exporting the text to Writer and viewing it would suffice for my
purposes, I think.
