And you followed the installation guide exactly. There were no errors reported during installation? If _everything_ did go well, there should certainly be an entry in the default install folder (C:\program files\...) and/or entry in 'start > all programs'...

I have downloaded OO and installed it. I can not open it. I have no icon on my desk top or system tray except the OO 2.0 installation folder icon. It is not listed in my All Programs list, however when I click on Control Panel and go to the Add or Remove Folder it is there. I have Windows XP.
