Microsoft Access is only available at www.microsoft.com.
OpenOffice.org is a free office suite which contains a database
section (Base), but it is not Access. You are permitted to download
OpenOffice.org from www.openoffice.org, burn it to a CD, and install
it on as many computers as you desire is this is what you really
want.
