Ok.

Here is what you do. Go to the MAIN OpenOffice.org web page. You will
see a green area for downloading. Click on this. Doing so will take
you to the Mac OS X download page. Scroll to the bottom of this page.
You should see a link to non-QAd builds. Click on this link. This will
take you to a File Transfer Protocol web page. Here is where it may/may
not get tricky. Scroll down the web page until you see the following:
OOo_2.0.3rc7_MacOSXIntel_en-US.dmg
If you are using Safari you will need to copy the link onto your desktop
and then click on it to download it.
If you are using Mozilla/Camino/Firefox, simply click on the link in
your browser to download.
Once the dowload completes, click on the file and wait for the
verification of the file. If verification fails, attempt to download
the file again.
If verification passes, a new window will open. Drag the OpenOffice.app
file (it should be the only visible file) into your Application folder.
DO NOT RUN THE PROGRAM FROM WITHIN THE NEW WINDOW.
Click on the new OpenOffice icon in the Applications folder to use.
As the QA test lead I will advise not to use the Base (database)
product. It is not mature in this release and should be improved with
the 2.0.4 release.
