Hi Ajoeh

Have you checked that your personal dictionary is selected (enabled) in
Tools-Language Settings - Writing Aids?

Sometimes the behaviour improves if you enable "Check in all languages"
also.

Certainly I have at least two user defined dictionaries running, and the
option to add words to them is always offered.
