Thank you.  I managed to get through to the Address Book table that I created, 
twice, 
and finished the test.  I closed issue 66123 as workforme, as it does.  I even 
created
and saved the letters that were output.  I may try further testing, as time 
permits,
to see what I can do and what is actually broken.  This will require me to get
my old Linux system fired up and make a cross-over network cable (beyond the
scope of this list.)

In any case, the issue that I was working with maybe a one-off and was caused by
a bad version of the JDBC driver from MySQL.
