Well....unless you really want to use search and replace. There is an automated procedure to do most of this in Writer. Highlight the area you want to fix, then goto Format - Autoformat - Apply. Tings to remember: 1) The automated procedure requires that the highlighted text has the "default" paragraph format (or it will not work). 2) If it still do not work - You might have to go to Tools-AutoCorrect - Tab options - scroll down to the bottom and make sure that "combine single line paragraphs if length greater than" is turned on and maybe change the default value.
