Install: Drag OpenOffice.org 2.0 item to the Applications folder after double clicking on downloaded OpenOffice.org disk image file (.dmg) and waiting for the system to open it. Click on OpenOffice.org 2.0 and answer the question on the use of system wide fonts and reading through the introduction dialog screen. Uninstall: Drag OpenOffice.org 2.0 item to trash. Open Library -> Application Support and drag OpenOffice.org 2.0 folder to trash. Empty trash. If you created any OpenOffice.org specific documents, you will have to save them in a different format before uninstalling OpenOffice.org.
