What you want is located at
Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Base > Databases. This contains a
list of the databases which you have registered with your copy of
OOo. You can add, delete, or change the address of your Base files
here.
There is a small section in the Getting Started with Base chapter
of the Getting Started Guide that points you to the location I just
mentioned. This section's title: "Registering databases created by
OOo v. 2.0". "Getting Started with Base" chapter is available at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html.
