People,

Anyone on the coding or design side already know about
"leading"-- historically, the use of thing (1 pt.) strips of lead
        to separate lines of text.
Has the idea of more that 1.5, 2, etc, spaces between lines
of text been considered? For most things, the default line
spacing between the default 12pt lines seems fine. But for
more complex articles or essays I find that giving more
space/increasing the leading helps comprehension. Of course
greater line separation makes tracking the lines easier as well.

Just wondering if this matter has been given serious discussion.
