This doesn't really help, but why do you have only one account across all the machines? To me that doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't everyone have their own and then they can save their stuff safely from everyone else...
Because they are 4 years old and the teachers usually log them in. The school goes from 3yr old Preschool to 6th grade.
