Why would OpenOffice forget its language settings? For example, I will
go to Tools | Options | Language Settings | Writing Aids. I will then
uncheck "Check spelling as you type", and uncheck the "soffice" and
"sun" dictionaries. I will click OK, and all will be will for a few
sessions. Then, for no apparent reason, the spell checker will be
underlining misspellings, and all the dictionaries will have been
re-selected, with no action on my part.
