All Visible Buttons in the More Controls toolbar are checked show. All
control toolbars are set at "factory settings".
Note: The calendar macros are listed and available in the Schedule
Macro; Calendar Main (CalAutopilot Table, SetupNumber-Formatter,
AddNumberFormat, CalChooseCalendar, CalcmdCancel, CalcmdOk).
Unlike William, I can select one ("Date Field" for example), draw the
control, right click for properties etc.
