Hi,

I've created a new CV template based on my old MS Word CV, and I'm
wanting to use a OOo Base database to fill out the roles and references
details in the CV under OOo Writer. The CV document is laid out with
templates for formatting and position and to hold the information.

I've got my database set up with two tables and set the data fields in
the document from the Data Sources tool, so all I need to know how I can
have the data populated in the CV from my database.

I've tried using Mail Merge but, of course, that's produced a new page
for each record in the database tables when I just want to have a new
row for each record rather than a new page.

I'll probably have to repeat the database fields in a number of rows.
I'd also like to put the data in reverse order, with the most recent job
first - I'm sure I can get this sorted out by putting the records in
descending order on the start date field.

Just for the record, I'm using OOo 2.0.3 on my Sempron laptop running
Windows XP Home with SP2.

Oh, another quick question: has anyone else noticed that in 2.0.2 and
2.0.3 the Wizards from File>Wizards in Writer don't appear to start at
all? I did a complete install of 2.0.3 and it's still doing nothing when
I click on the option.
