Hi,

I have Open Office on my computer and today I tried to access my
writing program and it said that there was a configuration data
problem and to call you guys HEEEELP!!!!!

Please tell us exactly what the error message is so that we can have a 
chance to figure out the problem. On the offchance that the message is 
something like "GetStorage: No Content", please have a look at:

for a guide to fixing that issue.
