I need them because boss wants that. So far boss has hit enough
differences and outright defects in OO that we are bordering with
cancelling migration.

I just do not see how this arbitrary 5char minimum can be justified - it
is not long enough to deter bruteforce attack, but every limitation like
that is just an developer-imposed annoyance.

On the other hand, making it configurable via .ini would make very good
sense. I have filed RFE for that (68689).
