Thanks to you and Roderick I now have this further data. Build is
[680m3(Build:8968)]. I am running Windows XP Home with SP2. Some other
symptoms; sometimes when I select a cell and hold the button down to hilite
other cells, the original cell gets dropped out of the selection and no
cells are selected. So, now armed with that info can some one help me out?

I do not know how the dialog displays in MS Windows. I do know that in
