Yes, but it is in CollabNets hosting facilities and they are not inclined to

This is because there is a mailto: link on one of our support pages where the 
subject is automatically filled in as "[moderated] YOU MUST GIVE A SUMMARY 
HERE" - and it's obvious that many users do not read this or give anything 
informative in the subject line :(
