I have OpenOffice 2.0 installed on my computer. I am running Windows XP Home. When I try to change the soffice.ini Logo from 1 to 0 to get rid of the splash screen, I get a message that I do not have permission to make these changes and see an administrator. I am the administrator. When I googled this, I found that I need to logon as "Root User". I do not know how to do this. Can Someone please help me? Thanks.
