As far as I know, it was never completed or released.
If the original poster is using a very old (PPC) Mac. he can do what
another person here in the list (sorry, I forgot your name)
suggested, and install a PPC version of Linux, which has a version of
OpenOffice.
Rather drastic, yes, but can work well (I setup an old iMac G3 for my
father with Ubuntu PPC & OpenOffice 2, and he is very happy with it).
