Uncheck  "Automatic file name extension" in the Save As dialog. But remember 
to turn it back on for other cases!

I've seen various comments earlier on this list implying that it is not 
recommended. Nvu is a much better web publisher. I've also noticed that OOo 
adds its own tags (that no browser understands) sometimes, and that this 
means that Web/Writer makes the page look different.
