If you have been following on the NLC list you will have noticed that
from time to time I bring up the very issue of language packs. I am
aware of oootranslation and Pavel's repository as possible sources but
it seems to me that whichever repository the NLC depends on should be
referenced in the same way as the localized complete release. Doesn't
that make sense.

As to the desire for instant gratification with some other source, we
cannot do that at the moment unless you would like to help. You write up
a faq item I will gladly put it on-line.
