You can do this very easily by using a feature in the Find&Replace dialog
called "regular expressions". Have a look in the online help for examples of
exactly what you are requesting.

Some people like CPH find regular expressions "very easy" to use, others
like me are challenged by them.
An alternative way to using regular expressions to "fix" the linebreaks
that you want to get rid of is the following (which my simple mind does
find "very easy"):
Format the lines that you want to "fix" in the Default paragraph format.
Select the lines you want fixed. Then select: Format > Autoformat >
Apply. That should remove the hard line breaks. Works for me anyway.
