That is all? I will bet there is more to the error report. You have not
told us your OS but I will guess Windows. There are faq items that
address an error that starts like yours;

For 1.1.x, you will find some troubleshooting methods in

of which also addresses the problem that I think you have encountered.
Now after all this, you should consider upgrading when you get your
problem solved. because the current release is 2.0.3 and the latest
stable 1.x.x versioin is 1.1.5
