I would like to convey the thought that these devices such as toolbars appearing unbidden and "autoinput" are more annoying and troublesome than they are ever helpful. Once you tell one of these wretched things to go away, it should stay gone.

And what is the issue number? For myself, I work with whatever shows up

an issue, I doubt there will be any action.
I hardly use Writer so someone else will have to make an issue of it. If I have to keep referring to a Writer document, I export it to pdf. There's a similar problem in Calc with the status bar. I filed an issue about that. I also filed an issue about autocompletion in certain dialogues in Calc where autocompletion is completely inappropriate (naming ranges) but I evidently insulted some developer's pet toy.
