I have the same problem and get the same error message. There doesn't seem to be any alternative to unpacking the software directly from the package in which it came. I tried to use win zip and it replied that it wasn't a valid zip file.

Or did you just a double-click on the file? Which version of Windows are you using? Win95, 98, ME, 2000 or XP? > A warning box > appeared stating that windows was unable to open the files and to > check to ensure the files were actually there and I had permission to > access these files. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Don I don't know what you're doing wrong. But try the following: Unpack the file with 7-zip (it's a cost free software) and save the files in a directory, you want. After saving the files, there should be a file called install.exe or setup.exe (I'm not sure, I'm using linux), click on this file an the installation should start. When you're using an anti-virus software, please turn it off during the installation process. After finishing the installation, you can turn it on again.
