And how does this entitle you to any help?  When you are asking for 
help that is not paid for and it is being directed to a free mailing 
list of other people using the software free and also not paying for 
help then you can't expect to get help just because you want it and 
then try to bully people into helping.  Try that arrogant attitude on 
some other mailing lists or Linux or Windows news groups and see how 
much help you get.  No one has to help any one if they are not 
getting paid to help.
