It would be nice if you had mentioned which operating system you
are using. From what you said, I would assume that are using Win 2000
or later (probably XP).
Have her log in with her user name. Then she needs to find
soffice.exe in the Programs folder. When she double clicks on it, it
will install a folder in her User's folder for her personal settings.
After that it will show up in her list of programs. (These steps
should be the same ones that you needed to set up the OOo folder in
your User's folder.)
