Manual Breaks may still be in your document. They are not seen unless
you make them so under options. In any case, go to last page and
backspace through to first page. Empty is empty.
If creating a template, you will want to backspace to the first page of
each "page style"
If you are speaking about blank pages in "print preview".
It may be that your <page> definitions are not contiguous.
Right click in upper most text area of body of page or in header.
Select <page>.
On "Page" tab, make them <right and left> or "mirror" under "layout
settings".
