Hi for all! Problem:
I have an odt document with 300 pages. (myDocument.odt) I can not put page number in the footer, because the last digit is missing and the numbering is not continous. The error is in the exported pdf as well. The hypothetical cause of the problem: I copied the text from more microsoft word document (open in OO and copy to myDocument.odt) There where page numbering in the original word docs. Probably in hidden form exists the page numbers of word docs. What I tried without success: I removed the footer in myDocument.odt Insert footer again and put page numbering. Question: How can I correct the page numbering? Maybe, if I could remove page numbering (in hidden form as well), I could regenerate the correct page numbering. If I have to remove page numbering in the original word docs, then put text in a new odt file, is not solution for me, because I have to format again 300 pages. :( XP Prof version 2002 / OpenOffice.org 2.0 Thanks for the answers, Adam Horvath
