There are various places, depending on which dictionary you save in.
* C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.0\share\wordbook\

Data\OpenOffice.org2\share\wordbook\dutch
* C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\wordbook
On Linux:
* /home/<USER>/.openoffice.org2.0/user/wordbook
* /opt/openoffice.org2.0/share/wordbook/
