You have two options: 1. Jump through hoops trying to install X11 so you can run OpenOffice.org, which can be difficult if you're as dense as I am when it comes to Finder windows, or 2. Download Neooffice from neooffice.org, which installs just like any Mac application, and runs like one, too, without any annoying runtime environments like X11 getting in the way.
