Take a look at what the BSA uses, to determine whether or not one has:
i) Legally purchased the software;
ii) Purchased legal software;
OEM installed software usually fails their two pronged test.
[It is not unknown for large companies to have paid for the software
three or four times, and still not satisfy that test.]
