It uses OOo's macro language so it is not restricted to Linux operating systems.

This is what I don't want to do. I am not a programmer but a user! If I want to drive a car I don't want to know how to manually change the compression of the engine!

Using a computer involves more than driving a car. At least have a look at the article. If it's too hard, don't attempt to implement it.
