On the first 10 use a page style, with the headeer or footer not activated. Starting on page 11 use another page style. Insert|Field|Page number in header or footer.
To force start of new page style: - at the end of page 10 - Insert|Break - choose with page style (you name) - (you might set the number) OK. Pls see Help for page styles - if necessary.
