I have label templates for all the label stock I use - and a lot I

print, so I don't see the problem with leaving the unwanted label
positions blank and just completing the one I want. Am I missing
something in your case?
Hmmm. So let me understand. In my case, yes, I'd print just one
label (cell in your case) on a full sheet. Hence the beauty of being
able to print a label to any cell you want under M$ Word (I can print
one label at a time yet still use up a full sheet of labels). In
your case, do you just copy and paste the address info into whatever
cell is appropriate? Type directly into the cells?
Yes. Did that with MS Word for donkeys years and transferred the
technique to Star/OpenOffice. If I can avoid complexity I do so.

Umm, folks, I print a single label on a sheet all the time. It's part
of the ability of the label wizard in OOo. Third tab, set column and
row. I always print on the very last of the sheet first if I'm not
using an entire sheet. That way when I reuse the sheet, the "used"
portion isn't the first part through, but being pulled through.
The only problem I see here is if the original custom label template
wasn't created through the new label wizard. I'm not sure how to take a
label created otherwise and imbed it in the available templates to the
wizard.
am I missing something?
