Select Tools->Options from the menu.
In the left panel of the new window click the plus sign on "Language
Settings", ant then select languages.
Now in the right panel, there should be a box labeled "user interface".
You should be able to select from some languages and a "Default" option.
Select Spanish.
Default means the default language for your computer. If Spanish is not
on that list, that means that the language pack wasn't installed
correctly. Please try to reinstall it and ask again giving the most
details as possible of the installation process and any messages that
the system gives you.
