See "Opening Microsoft Works Documents in OpenOffice.org 2.x"

'Tis but a work around and, really, the best thing to do if you still have Works is to convert the docs.

No, as far as I know only Works can open works documents (but maybe
someone else knows better).

Before you leave Works behinds you for
good, I think you can convert all Works documents to relevant
formats with Works. If you intend to open those documents with
OpenOffice.org, those relevant
formats would be doc, rtf, xls and maybe some more, depending on
what kind of documents you have.

I am using version X.Y of OpenOffice.org. My problem
is that I have Microsoft Works documents that I need
to open and am wondering if I am able to use
openoffice to do it or if there is another program
that can?
