yum provides libgnomevfs-2.so.0
tell me that libgnomevfs-2.so.0 is provided by gnome-vfs2.x86_64 and
gnome-vfs2.i386

and libgconf-2.so.4 is provided by GConf2.x86_64 and GConf2.i386.

So you have to enable the i386 repos, and try the yum install.

To enable the i386 repos, you can edit
the /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo and add (or change) the
followin lines:

[update-i386]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - i386 - Updates
baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/$releasever/i386
gpgcheck=1
enabled=0

The last line tell to yum that the repo is disabled by default.
After, you can enable only for a moment (enabled=1), launch the yum, end
disable after, or you can execute yum like that

yum --enablerepo=update-i386 install GConf2.i386 gnome-vfs2.i386

Bye
