Yes.. it is.
And my PDF are bad on all computers ;-)

So I think that is not a problem of OOo but a problem on fonts.

About compatibility with Microsoft Office, I meen that if I receive a
document from Office with Arial font and I don't have Arial installed I
see document differently (for example on lenght of rows).
And if I send an OOo document, converted to Office and with Bitstream,
the one that receive my file had to have Bitstreem font to see my
document exactly as I want.

With PDF this is not necessary because fonts are included in PDF so
everyone can see the same layout.
