As far as I know the short answer is no.
The long answer is not the windows releases. The Mac version can work
with any Mac app, Linux XVoice can use the libraries version to make it
work in any X app (but ViaVoice for Linux has been dropped, so you
should use some quite old version).
Of course, you can probably just dictate the text on the ViaVoice editor
and paste it to openoffice.
