You need to click on that 'small' file to mount it as a disk image. Within the disk image is a Readme and License file, read them. The Readme file tells you about waht you must install on your Mac in order to utilize OpenOffice.org 2.0. Once you finish reading those two files, drag and drop the OpenOffice.org 2.0 item into the Applications folder.
