For many of us, it is sufficiently better in some way that is meaningful
to us to justify the effort to move to OOo from whatever we were using.

In ALL cases, management has determined that OO IS better than Office, thus a change to Linux and OO is done. Occasionally, somone in an office decides that they just aren't going to go along with the change. In all cases, they either go along with it, or they leave. Some employees have the wrong idea that the 'puter they work on is theirs.....it isn't, nor is anything installed on it.
