It's available in Spanish, along with many other languages. <http://projects.openoffice.org/native-lang.html> OpenOffice doesn't contain a browser or email application. I'd recommend "Seamonkey" which is a complete internet package, including browser and email or "Firefox" for browser and "Thunderbird" for email.
