Or you could install Ubuntu or Xubuntu (Linux), but since you still use Windows 95 I suspect that your PC is rather old and slow too, so maybe newer operating systems might be too heavy for it.

If not available, you can get 98SE from a lot of resellers for about $20. Don't settle for 98. 98SE is much better.
