With other Mac OS X applications I have been able to change languages very simply, because there is a hot key for that, but in X 11, I am sure it can be done but I am not sure about how to. IN addition when opening a Japanese file the characters were very wrong and the font was very ugly. There in lies my problem. I am certain it is possible to input other languages in Open Office but under a virtual X 11 I am not sure how to do so, nor do I know how to input the fonts etc.
